Greg is a huge Caesar salad person and is very picky about the dressing. This one is his favorite. Thanks for sharing it, Allie & April.
1 cup olive oil (not extra virgin)
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
juice of one lemon
4-6 garlic cloves (I crush them in a garlic press but you could chop them finely if you don't have one)
5-7 dashes of Tabasco sauce
Shake together in a dressing container and then pour over romaine lettuce with grated and shredded Parmesan cheese. This amount works for about 2 heads of romaine or two bags of the pre washed lettuce.

Spinach Strawberry Salad With Poppy Seed Dressing
Here ya go, Cathy. :) I have made lots of different variations of spinach strawberry salads, but this one is my favorite and super easy to make.
Baby Spinach
Red onion, chopped (as much as you like)
Strawberries, sliced
Sugared Nuts (I use pecans or almonds) {Combine a 1/2 cup of nuts along with 1/4 cup of sugar in a small frying pan. Turn the heat onto medium and stir. It will take a few minutes for anything to happen. The sugar will begin to clump up around the nuts and then, before you know it, the sugar will have totally melted and the nuts will be coated and brown. Be careful because it can go from nothing to burned pretty fast. Be sure and stir continuously. I spread the nuts out onto a slightly greased plate for them to cool and dry. You will need to break them apart a bit before adding them to the salad}.
Poppy Seed Dressing
Combine spinach and dressing and top with strawberries, nuts and red onion.
Poppy Seed Dressing:
1/2 canola oil
1/4 C apple cider vinegar
1/3 C sugar
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp paprika.
Mix together ingredients well and pour over spinach.

Vinaigrette Dressing
This salad dressing isn't the healthiest, due to the sugar, but it sure is good! I especially like it on a spinach salad with strawberries... yum!
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Oil (I use Canola, since it's a little healthier, but you can use Veg. oil)
2 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Finley-Minced Green Onion
Add ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined. Dressing tastes better if made the night before using it.

Honey Red Wine Vinaigrette
As you know, I LOVE me some salad... especially in the summertime! I have been whipping up some yummy homemade salad dressings and wanted to share. So, here is dressing #1...
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. honey
1-2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped (really, that's pretty optional; it all goes in the blender)
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 c. canola oil
In a blender, combine vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Place lid on blender and blend on high. While blender is running, add oil in a steady stream. Store in refrigerator for about 2-3 weeks. Shake well before serving.
