This is a real kid friendly recipe...but adults love it too.
7 oz broken spaghetti (I use whole wheat or 1/2 wole wheat/ 1/2 white)
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken (I always cook my chicken with Season All)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1- 10.75 oz can cream of chicken, undiluted
1 cup milk
¼ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
(Optional- garlic and/or onion powder)
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions
2. Meanwhile, in bowl, combine chicken, 1 cup cheese, soup, milk, salt and pepper, garlic/onion powder
3. Drain spaghetti- add to chicken mixture and toss to coat
4. Transfer to greased 13x9x2 baking dish (or smaller)
5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese
6. Bake uncovered at 350* for 20-25 minutes or until heated through
